Another thing that needs to change are some of the conditions. Some insurers have unfair conditions, most companies tell you that not all of their policies apply during some periods of time or situations.

Many times you do not use your insurance during the whole year, even though you don’t use it companies still charge a really high amount. This got me thinking, and I came up with this idea, what if every time you do not use the insurance during the whole year you should get a 10% or 5% credit for your renovation next year, it would be really cool right?

If you’ve ever been in an accident you must know how difficult and wearing the paperwork for the refund can be. Insurance companies apparently do everything to wear you out in order to prevent you from getting a refund, with all the really long and complicated paperwork, the long months that need to pass in order for you to get your refund and finally be happy the nightmare is over. So what companies should do is either simplify the process or have people that does the paperwork for you.
