You can get paid by people for sending candies or letters to their friends, just add your special touch to it, because if not it won't work. You could maybe dress up like Santa we giving the gift to the person, or do the letters youR self and let people write on them, just BE CREATIVE.

If the picture with Santa didn’t work for you, maybe a photo booth will be a better option for you. Set a nice area; set some Christmas lights, maybe add a Christmas tree, or put presents around, make it festive. Get some Christmas accessories that your clients can wear for the picture; Santa hats, reindeer antlers, etc... You could do family pictures :)
